From Army Service to Plumbing Service: William Ash

William Ash, a U.S. Army veteran, started his plumbing apprenticeship under the Lightness family in 1957. His military background instilled honor, pride, and commitment, values he carried into his career. William eventually took over the company and ran it until 2002, when his son Kris Ash succeeded him.

Kris Follows in His Father's Footsteps

Growing up in the industry, Kris acquired deep insights into plumbing, hydronics, and boilers. Working in the field for 15 years, Kris gained a unique understanding of customer needs before becoming the project manager and estimator.

The Next Generation: Steven Ash

In 2002, Kris's son Steven began his plumbing apprenticeship. Steven has since earned multiple certifications, including journeyman plumber, medical gas, and others.
